This low pressure condensate line valve was leaking due to internal corrosion. The valve enclosure needed to enclose the entire valve while it remains operable. This enclosure was designed based off a 3D scan of the valve and surrounding piping. Due to limiting landing and strong backing locations the enclosure seals on the flanges and tongues into the flange gap to act as strong backing. The enclosure has an auxiliary stem that is built in to allow the valve to be opened and closed while still containing the leak.
