A high-pressure steam leak in a valve body required immediate attention and an engineered pressure enclosure (EPE). We designed a plate-style enclosure which strongbacked the valve flanges together and also strongbacked the bonnet. With strongbacking in all these locations, the valve will be secured in the case where the body separates.
