Professional 3D Scanning Services

My Engineering Offers World Class 3D Scanning Services

What is 3D Scanning?

A 3D scanner uses either light or lasers to collect surface data. It collects the shape, texture and color of the object being scanned.

Why would I need this?

3D Scanning allows you to take measurements of objects which would be impossible to measure using conventional tools such as calipers, tape measures, squares, ect.

This saves you time and money as it eliminates repeat measurements and measurement mistakes.

You could use this for:

  1. Reverse Engineering tools to fit with other tools

  2. Building custom parts for Machinery

  3. 3D scanning an object and then 3D printing a replica

  4. Inspecting parts after manufacturing to make sure they meet tolerance

  5. Documenting artifacts for digital storage

  6. Creating molds

Who is using this technology?

This technology is used by people who:

  1. Are in the Medical industry and are creating molds for Prosthetics

  2. Are in the oil and gas industry and are measuring damaged pipes and designing repairs

  3. Are manufacturing high pressure tools

  4. Are creating video games

  5. Are creating new products

  6. Are building cases for cell phones

  7. Are improving and modifying existing products

And much more!
